Who We Are
Design Build Belize Ltd. is led by Carlo Arguelles, Registered Architect (019–2001), who brings over two decades of professional experience in architecture, project management, and construction delivery. With academic training in architectural studies and construction management, and professional experience across Belize, the United States, Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras, his leadership provides the technical expertise and strategic oversight required to successfully manage complex projects.
The firm operates on a client-focused, one-on-one approach, ensuring direct access to architects, engineers and project managers throughout every phase of a project. We are known for our ability to integrate architectural design with construction execution, allowing for greater coordination, cost control, and quality assurance. Supported by strong relationships with skilled trade partners and a deep understanding of local market conditions, Design Build Belize consistently delivers projects that meet regulatory standards, respect budgets and schedules, and exceed client expectations.
