Main Project Features: Alaia is a contemporary luxury resort designed to include 160,000 square feet of exclusive condos and beachfront villas with a modern twist on resort-style living. IE’s design team were the lead architects for this project including design, strategic planning, master planning, and brand coordination.

Contracts Held: Architecture/ Civil & Structural Engineering/ General Contractor/ Joint Venture Construction

Activities Performed: Provided designs, engineering, surveys, construction documents, technical specifications, bill of quantities, cost estimates, construction, project management and coordination of all trades.
