BELIZE CITY FOUR POINTS HOTEL AND CONDO DEVELOPMENT

Main Project Features: We were contracted to design, develop, and

deliver a master plan for a 5.7-acre site. The ongoing development includes a five-level hotel totaling approximately 84,000 square feet, which will operate under Marriott’s Four Points brand and a five-level condominium building with an estimated gross floor area of 49,000 square feet. Both structures are being designed with an urban contemporary aesthetic, combining functionality with modern architectural expression, and are envisioned as landmark contributions to the hospitality landscape of Belize City.

Contracts Held: Architecture/ Civil & Structural Engineering/ General Contractor/ Joint Venture Construction

Activities Performed: Provided designs, engineering, surveys, construction documents, technical specifications, bill of quantities, cost estimates, construction, project management and coordination of all trades.
