Belize Foam Factory Warehouse

Client: Belize Foam Limited

Main Project Features: Design Build Belize was contract to design-build this 6,000 sf warehouse. The warehouse is divided into 2 spaces: open storage & machinery area and a showroom with an office and bathroom. The warehouse structure is based on prestressed piles with reinforced pile caps, prestressed L and inverted T beam and on top prestressed double T concrete planks with reinforced concrete topping slab. The structural framing was predesigned and is a prefabricated structural steelwork and closed up with masonry works.
