CAYO WELCOME CENTER INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADE

Location: San Ignacio, Cayo, Belize

Client: Sustainable Tourism Program, IDB Funded Project

Main Project Features: Under an IDB loan for approximately BZ$ 3 million-dollars, The Government of Belize, through the Sustainable Tourism Program, contracted iE to provide construction services in order to rehabilitate the San Ignacio Cultural Center with new storm drainage systems, road and infrastructural construction, landscaping and the building of the new welcome center. This project was delivered on time and within budget.

Contracts Held: Joint Venture Construction/ General Contractor

Activities Performed: Provided construction, project management and coordination of all trades for the entire project.
