Main Project Features: We were contracted to design, build, and develop Belize's first green multi-storey building, constructed to meet standards promoted by the US Green Building Council, with a budget of BZ $8.5 million. This Class "A" office facility highlights sustainable design through eco-friendly construction methods, the integration of recycled materials, and recoverable service systems. The project was successfully completed in a record 11 months - delivered on time and within budget.
