Main Project Features: IE was contracted under a Joint Venture for the full construction of the building. The building is exclusively designed for office use and comprises 2 sections, one of which has 5 floor levels plus roof, the other which has 3 floor levels plus roof. The building has two elevator shaft locations and the foundation was based on precast prestressed concrete piles driven to set, supporting cast in place reinforced concrete pile caps and ground beams. The structural framing was predesigned and is prefabricated structural steelwork.
