Main Project Features: This 2.10 Acres development consists of various hospitality buildings under the Tribute Portfolio by Marriott. The project consists of 7 villas, 4 three-level apartments, 2 two-level apartments, 1 six-level main condo, pool area with deck and back of house. This modern tropical design blends contemporary clean lines with natural textures to create an upscaled coastal experience.

Contracts Held: Architecture/ Civil & Structural Engineering/ General Contractor/ Joint Venture Construction

Activities Performed: Provided designs, engineering, surveys, construction documents, technical specifications, bill of quantities, cost estimates, construction, project management and coordination of all trades.
