Main Project Features: We were engaged to design and master plan a new BZ 3 million pier and plaza for the town of Placencia. The design included a 350-foot pier/marina along with an upland plaza designed with a combination of sea walls, platforms and public facilities for local and tourism use. As part of the process, we conducted public consultations and prepared a comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessment, which included a project operations manual outlining sustainable income strategies for community development.
