Main Project Features: Design Build Belize was contracted to build a 340 foot long pier structure with 3 Buildings on it: a small bar/restaurant, a main building for ticket purchase, arrivals and waiting area and a canopy structure for arrivals. The project also has a building in which Check-in & Cargo will be located and a new parking lot. The pier structure is based on prestressed piles with reinforced pile caps and beams and prestressed concrete planks with reinforced concrete topping slab. All buildings are masonry built with finished plaster.
