Main Project Features: The US Embassy housing project in Belmopan, Belize, was funded internationally with an investment of USD $11 million to establish a secure gated compound for embassy staff. The contract encompassed master planning, design, and construction of a 14- acre development featuring 18 residences, including the ambassador's home. Supporting infrastructure included concrete roads, a perimeter fence, a swimming pool, guard houses, a generator facility, equalization tanks, reserve water systems, and other essential civil works. We successfully delivered the full design and construction within eleven months—one month ahead of schedule—completing the project on time and within budget.
